This policy explains how Telvera ApS handles personal data when you visit telvera.dk or contact us through the website.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We collect as little personal data as possible. The website has no user accounts and no newsletter sign-up.

• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the message you write. We use this to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)). The message is delivered to us by email; the website does not store form submissions in its database.
• Email. If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
• Cookie choices. When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we record the date and time, the page address, your country, your IP address, your browser information and your choice, so that we can document your consent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in being able to document consent (Art. 6(1)(f); see also Art. 7(1)).
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, time and requested page when the website is accessed, for security and operation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Consent records are kept as long as needed to document your consent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its routines.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses one cookie, which is needed to remember your cookie choice:

• pressidium_cookie_consent — stores your consent choice. First-party cookie; expires after up to 182 days (about six months).

The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them, they will only be set after you have given your consent.

Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and email provider, under data processing agreements, and where we are required to by law. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this only happens on a valid transfer basis, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website links to the websites of companies we have worked with. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• receive your data in a portable format
